Refund and Cancellation Policy
If You Cancel Your Holiday
You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an email to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy below:
- 90 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposited amount towards “Tour Cost” shall be refunded.
- Between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival: 30% of the deposited amount towards “Tour Cost” shall be refunded.
- Between 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival: 20% of the deposited amount towards “Tour Cost” shall be refunded.
- Within 30 days prior to arrival: No Refund.
Important Notes:
- Any train and flight ticket cancellations will be applicable as per Indian railway or airline rules. Refunds or adjustments can only be processed after receiving the refund from the train or airline company.
- No cancellations or refunds will be made under any circumstances in case of bad weather, landslides, natural disasters, terrorism, or any situations beyond our control.
- There are no refunds due to any pandemic or virus outbreak. However, in such situations, we can amend your travel date for future bookings.
- Refunds after cancellation of the booking will take 14 working days from the cancellation date.
- For cancellations involving Railway/Airline/Volvo tickets, all refunds will be processed only after being received from the respective airline or service provider.
